34: Solo Episode: Moving to Colorado, my shifting thoughts on sustainability and wellness, and how my transition has evolved so far

Today I am launching my first solo episode! Since I started this podcast to share my journey after closing my fashion business and trying to determine what I wanted to explore next, I wanted to share an update nearly a year after recording the first episode on where I am at. I share about what I’ve learned through the guests on the podcast, how my relationship to wellness and sustainability is evolving, why I moved to Colorado, and more. Lots of raw thoughts in this episode, and as the first solo episode, I would love to hear your thoughts (truly, not just saying that!).

In this episode, I discuss:

  • Why I stopped trying to “figure it out”

  • How I am changing my relationship to nature and wellness

  • My new focus on turning within for answers

  • My evolving thoughts on sustainability

  • Where I am in my process of self-development

  • A handful of my takeaways since starting the podcast

  • Why I moved to Colorado

  • Why I decided to put my daily newsletter, The M List, on hold

All the deets:

  • Find all the previous episodes of Medium Well on my website.

  • Tag me (@saraweinreb) on Instagram with your favorite takeaways from the episode!

Listen on iTunes / Spotify / Google Play / Stitcher

Psst- I would love it if you would consider rating/reviewing/subscribing to Medium Well! That helps me gain visibility and so others can experience the awkward and vulnerable things I put out on the internet. I would be most grateful! And always feel free to reach out with ideas/comments/questions/feedback on Instagram— I’m @saraweinreb!
